Last night, hundreds of Missourians gathered at volunteer house parties across the state to support Robin Carnahan as their candidate for the U.S. Senate. Hundreds of Missourians took part in over 40 separate grassroots events across the state to talk with friends and neighbors about how they can help Robin Carnahan fight against the very worst of Washington and be an independent voice for Missouri families in the U.S. Senate.
Robin attended a house party in Ferguson and spoke on a statewide conference call with hundreds of volunteers across the state, from Dunklin County to Clay County to Greene County, to thank them and ask them to continue their organizing efforts over the course of the next year.
Supporters also watched a new video featuring footage from Robin’s ‘Stop the Bull’ tour where she has laid out her plan to fix what’s broken in Washington. Watch the new video Here!
“Each and every one of us is going to have to work if we want to end the very worst of Washington and replace it with some common sense Missouri values so we can put the economy, jobs and middle class families first,” Robin told supporters who gathered on a conference call. “There is a very clear choice in this election between me and my record of fighting for Missouri families or Congressman Blunt and his 14-year Washington record of putting corporate special interests first.”
Robin spoke to supporters about her record as Secretary of State getting back over $10 billion for wronged investors and cutting costs and red tape for small businesses saving them $12 million. Robin promised to take her common-sense, get-things-done approach to Washington.
